現階段，鋼鐵企業(yè)在中國歸屬于高能耗領(lǐng)域,其能耗量約占全國各地總能耗量的10%左，右,電力能源花費約占公司生產(chǎn)制造總成本的20~30%上下。并且現階段在我國鋼鐵企業(yè)中所有合理動(dòng)能約占總投放量的50%上下,既有接近一半的總資金投入動(dòng)能被損害沒(méi)了。因而,鋼鐵企業(yè)的余熱回收回收利用是很有發(fā)展潛力的。煉鋼轉爐余熱鍋爐便是這類(lèi)回收利用余熱回收的關(guān)鍵機器設備之一,更關(guān)鍵的是它不但能夠回收利用煉鋼轉爐煉鋼時(shí)造成的物理學(xué)熱、有機化學(xué)熱、造成有效的蒸氣,另外還可以同其他機器設備相互配合,將煉鋼全過(guò)程中造成的很多液化氣、化合物塵多方面收購,變?yōu)楦咂焚|(zhì)然料或化工原料。減少了有害物質(zhì)、煙塵的消耗量,維護了自然環(huán)境。因而,煉鋼轉爐余熱鍋爐在鋼鐵企業(yè)中占據十分關(guān)鍵的影響力。



從1990年開(kāi)始設計制造煉鋼轉爐容量從15噸到300噸轉爐的煙道。煙道壓力從0.8Mpa~4.0Mpa。

常用于鋼鐵企業(yè)轉爐吹氧煉鋼的高溫煙氣余熱回收,同時(shí)為轉爐煙氣除塵及煤氣回收創(chuàng )造條件,通常采用汽化冷卻煙道結構，包括裙罩、活動(dòng)煙罩、固定煙罩等部件。

循環(huán)方式一般為：容量80噸轉爐煙道以下為自然循環(huán)，容量80噸轉煙道以上為自然循環(huán)+強制循環(huán)，業(yè)績(jì)超過(guò)250套；

除了滿(mǎn)足國內市場(chǎng)的需要（中國市場(chǎng)占有率80%以上）,同時(shí)出口到韓國（浦項，現代），美國（美鋼聯(lián)）等。
